1. Nabham Services

Nabham provides sports technology services that may include:

• video recording and upload;
• match and training video processing;
• scoring;
• computer vision and AI-assisted analysis;
• player and match analytics;
• reports, heatmaps and performance insights;
• highlights; and
• academy, coach or player dashboards.

Available features may vary depending on the product, service, subscription, academy deployment or plan selected.

2. Accounts and User Responsibilities

Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

You must not:

• misuse or interfere with Nabham services;
• attempt unauthorised access to Nabham systems or other accounts;
• introduce malware or malicious code;
• use Nabham services for unlawful purposes;
• upload content that you do not have the right to use;
• copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit Nabham software except where expressly permitted by law or written agreement; or
• use Nabham services in a manner that violates the rights of another person.

3. Videos, Player Data and Permissions

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate authority, permission or consent to record, upload or provide any match video, player information, academy information or other content submitted to Nabham.

Where children or junior players are involved, appropriate parental, guardian, academy or organiser permissions must be obtained where required by law.

Additional arrangements relating to particular academies, tournaments or deployments may be governed by separate written agreements.

4. Payments

Some Nabham services require payment.

Applicable prices, taxes and charges will be displayed or communicated before purchase wherever reasonably practicable.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, Google Play, another app store or another authorised payment platform.

Their applicable payment terms may also apply.

Payments, cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain their rights in videos and content they lawfully provide to Nabham, subject to any applicable customer, academy, tournament or other written agreement.

By submitting content for processing, you grant Nabham the permission reasonably necessary to:

• receive and store the content;
• process and analyse it;
• generate analytics and outputs;
• transmit requested deliverables; and
• provide the contracted or requested services.

Nabham retains all rights in its:

• software;
• source code;
• algorithms;
• AI and computer vision models;
• analytics methodology;
• interfaces;
• product designs;
• documentation;
• trademarks and branding; and
• other proprietary technology.

No ownership of Nabham intellectual property is transferred to users under these Terms.

6. AI and Analytics Disclaimer

Nabham uses artificial intelligence, computer vision and automated processing.

AI-generated analytics may contain errors, omissions or uncertainty and should be considered decision-support information rather than guaranteed statements of sporting performance.

Coaches, players and academies remain responsible for interpreting analytics and making coaching, training, selection and sporting decisions.

Nabham services are not medical or healthcare services and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or injury advice.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Service performance may be affected by factors including:

• internet connectivity;
• video quality;
• camera position;
• device capability;
• device battery health;
• storage availability;
• third-party infrastructure;
• cloud availability;
• maintenance; or
• circumstances outside Nabham's reasonable control.

We may update, modify, improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

8. Suspension and Termination

Nabham may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of:

• material violation of these Terms;
• non-payment;
• misuse of services;
• security concerns;
• fraudulent activity; or
• legal or regulatory requirements.

Users may stop using Nabham services subject to any applicable subscription, payment or contractual obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under applicable law, Nabham will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the services.

Nabham does not guarantee that AI-generated analytics, automated detections or other analytical outputs will always be complete, accurate or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information and forms part of your use of Nabham services.

11. Third-Party Services

Nabham may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud platforms, app stores, communication systems or other technology providers.

Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary due to changes in our services, technology, business operations or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the website, application, email or another suitable channel.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer dispute-resolution rights, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
